Candied mixed citrus peel

mix of orange, lemon and citron

The peel is obtained from ripe seasonal fruits, carefully selected.

The extraction of the juice and the separation from the skins are carried out with the help of Brown machines that guarantee the best quality of the product. The peel is then reduced to cubes or to the desired size (quarters, half cups, slices), put in brine, washed and boiled.

After the whitening process, we proceed to the packaging and shipment. The candied fruits are packaged in cartons of 5/10/15 Kg with inner bag for food; the cubed format is also sold in 100g packs.

The product is pure and of natural origin.
